• ARREST: Khamsone Naphakdy, 62, of 1460 Hertel Ave., Apt. 1, Buffalo, was arrested Thursday and charged with criminal possession of stolen property after police were called to Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel for a report of a stolen wallet. Reports said a patron reported his wallet containing his identification, credit cards and about $3,000 and $1,600 in casino vouchers had been stolen. After a brief investigation, reports indicated that security surveillance showed Naphakdy using and cashing casino vouchers previously held by the victim.
