• DWI: Samanatha Wyman, 34, of Oswego, was charged with felony DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving without an interlock device and other vehicle and traffic violations on Friday, according to the New York State Police. Responding to a reckless vehicle call, troopers found Wyman in a store parking lot on Ward Road. She failed field sobriety tests and a resulting breath test revealed her blood alcohol content to be 0.15 percent. Police said she is currently on probation in Oswego County for a DWI conviction.

• THEFT: Niagara County Sheriff's deputies said a business on the 3400 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard reported Saturday that a large, $2,000 Indian motorcycle sign was taken. The sign was displayed inside the front window and was last seen on Wednesday. Entry was made through a front door and nothing else appeared to have been taken.

• ATTEMPTED THEFT: The owner of an e-cigarette business on the 2300 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard reported to deputies Saturday that sometime the night before someone had tried to break into the business. The store was burglarized last month and bars had been installed in the windows, which thwarted the most recent burglary attempt. A suspect also tried to gain entry through a rear door and broke a chain lock but was unsuccessful. The owner said the door has been tampered with numerous times in the past month. Video surveillance of the incident was provided to deputies.
