• INCIDENT: A 73-year-old South Main Street man was flown to Erie County Medical Center by Mercy Flight after police found him breathing but unresponsive in his home Saturday afternoon. A friend of the man called sheriff's deputies after he missed an event on Friday. When deputies arrived about 5 p.m. Saturday they forced entry and found the man on his bedroom floor unresponsive, but breathing. Deputies secured the residence after the man was transported to the hospital.

Lockport

• CHARGED: Lorraine Brown, 53, 69 Kirkpatrick St., Buffalo, was charged with using a vehicle without consent on Saturday after a South Transit Road car rental business reported she would not return a car. Staff at the rental business said they rented a 2005 Chrysler Sebring to Brown and she was to return it on Nov. 7. After failing to make contact with Brown for several days, staff at the business told her she had till Saturday to return the car or the police would be called. Buffalo police were contacted about the matter on Saturday and picked up the car at Brown's residence, also taking Brown into custody and turning her over to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
