BLOTTER: Police reports published Feb 3

Niagara Falls

• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested following a reported shoplifting incident between 1:20 and 1:45 p.m. Saturday at a store in the 1500 block of Military Road. Adrienne Chambers, 33, 4200 Pine Ave., Apt. A2, was charged with petit larceny after the store's security said he witnessed her take several items off store shelves and conceal them in her purse. She then reportedly left with the items, valued at $86.10, without paying. She was detained by security  until police arrived on scene, according to police.

• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested following a reported disturbance at a pizza shop at 12:55 p.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of Niagara Street. Michael Duncan, 42, 2722 Whitney Ave., was charged with restricted use of alcohol after police said he was located outside a mini mart drinking from an open can of beer. Police said he was responsible for the incident at the pizzeria.

 

Lewiston

• DWI: Rowland G. Mt. Pleasant, 51, 4931 Indian Hill Road, was charged with DWI and driving on the shoulder of the road about 7:30 p.m. Friday, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Mt. Pleasant was stopped on Military Road for the traffic infraction and appeared intoxicated. He failed field sobriety tests and a chemical test determined his blood alcohol content to be 0.15 percent.
