BLOTTER: Police reports published Oct. 15

Niagara Falls

• DWI: A Falls man was arrested on drunken driving and other charges after a traffic stop on Whirlpool Street early Monday morning. Richard D. Moore, 51, 343 Vermont St., Apt. 1, was charged with driving while intoxicated, consumption of alcohol in a vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unreasonable speed, improper lane use and passing a stop light.

Cambria

• LARCENY: Niagara County Sheriff's deputies spoke with a North Tonawanda man who said Saturday five rolls of black construction fabric was taken from his Saunders Settlement Road property. The victim is starting construction of a storage facility and the rolls were left in a plastic cover outside. Deputies followed tracks and found some of the plastic covering near Baer Road. The rolls, which are 12 feet long and weighed 200 pounds each, are valued at $2,500 total.

Newfane

• LARCENY: An employee of Mark's Pizzeria on McKee Street reported an unknown person had taken a sign for delivery vehicles. The sign is valued at $100.

Pendleton

• DWI: Curtis W. Stumm, 62, 3850 Tonawanda Creek Road, Amherst, was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated. The Niagara County Sheriff's Office said Stumm was found trying to use an ATM on South Transit Road. A deputy determined Stumm was drunk and his blood alcohol content was measured at 0.19 percent.
