• DWI: Justin N. Strassburg, 32, 433 76th St., Niagara Falls, was charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and refusing a breath test about 2:45 a.m. Sunday, according to the sheriff's office. Stopped for swerving on Williams Road, Strassburg appeared intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. He refused a chemical test. The deputy said he found a flask which Strassburg said he won at a stag party Saturday night and contained "Jagermeister."
• LARCENY: A Niagara County parks department employee reported the theft of a stack of bricks from a pallet outside the maintenance building at Krull Park sometime overnight Saturday. The stack contained 11, 11-by-2-inch gray bricks and is worth about $20, according to the sheriff's office.
• DWI Adam C. Sabey, 35, 2634 Youngstown-Lockport Road, Ransomville, was charged with aggravated DWI early Saturday on Upper Mountain Road. A city patrol officer initiated a traffic stop on Sabey's vehicle for speeding. Sabey exhibited signs of intoxication and was charged. Later breath testing showed Sabey's blood alcohol content to be 0.19 percent, the report said.
