BLOTTER: Police reports published Nov. 9

Niagara Falls

• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 1500 block of Military Road at 3:30 p.m. Thursday. John Curtis Jones, 56, 35 A St. Apt. 34, was charged with petit larceny. Jones is accused of taking a plush toy, valued at more that $42, without paying for it.

• THEFT: Police are investigating a theft from the 600 block of 80th Street. An 82-year-old man told officers that sometime between 11 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. Thursday, someone took a snow blower from his yard.
