BLOTTER: Police reports published March 6

City of Lockport

• CONTEMPT: William P. Garvey, 21, 1010 Ontario St., Apt. lower, Niagara Falls, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court.

Town of Lockport

• AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT: Brian J. Green, 37, 328 Ferry Ave., Niagara Falls, was charged with aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate on Tuesday around 6:20 p.m., the Niagara County Sheriff's Office said. According to correction officers at the Niagara County Jail, Green became verbally abusive during a strip search and was upset about a recent court proceeding. Green allegedly lunged at and spit on one officer.
