• DWI: Lias D. Rein, 49, of Beach Ridge Road, Pendleton, was charged with aggravated DWI, refusal to take a breath test and failure to use a designated lane about 11:45 p.m. Saturday, according to New York State Police. Rein was stopped for driving 54 mph in a 35 mph zone of Niagara Falls Boulevard and appeared intoxicated. She refused to take a breath screening test and was charged. Her blood alcohol content was later measured at 0.20 percent.
• DWI: Tyrone C. Moore, 27, Parkhurst Boulevard, Town of Tonawanda, was charged with felony DWI about 11:30 p.m. Friday by New York State Police. Moore was stopped on French Road for having a brake light out. He appeared intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. A breath test determined his blood alcohol content to be 0.18 percent. A check of his license showed a previous DWI conviction.
