FIRE CALLS: Niagara Falls fire reports published June 22

(Continued)

• FIRE: On June 7, a 2005 Dodge Caravan was reported on fire, at 11:37 p.m., in the 3200 block of Web Place. Overheated brakes on the vehicle was the cause of the fire, which was extinguished by Engine 8. Damage was estimated at $600.

 
• FIRE: On June 9, Engine 9 was dispatched, at 2:49 a.m., to a call of a temporary tent on fire at a carnival in the 8400 block of Buffalo Avenue. Approximately 60 feet of the tent wall was destroyed by the fire. The cause remains under investigation.
