BLOTTER: Police reports published July 16

Niagara Falls

• CHARGED: Jenna L. Cotton, 27, 209 65th St., was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, false personation, unsafe tires and no inspection about 12:30 p.m. Monday, according to sheriff's deputies. Cotton was stopped on Niagara Falls Boulevard for driving an uninspected vehicle and presented herself as another person but couldn't remember her age or social security number. She said she had no identification on her. After contacting the employer Cotton gave deputies, her real identity was determined and she told deputies her license had been revoked for a drunken driving offense. She was then charged.

Sanborn

• CHARGED: Dylan W. Gordon, 21, 6665 Luther St., Niagara Falls, and Tyler B. Reisig, 18, 2821 Thornwoods Dr., Niagara Falls, were each charged with dumping refuse on cointy property about 2:45 p.m. Monday, according to sheriff's deputies. A deputy was called to Saunders Settlement Road by a witness who said they were following a vehicle whose occupants had just dumped branches onto the shoulder of Blacknose Spring Road. After stopping the vehicle, deputies said Gordon and Reisig both admitted to dumping the items on the side of the road and were charged.
