Sheriff's office identifies driver killed Monday on Porter Center Road

The Niagara County Sheriff's Office has identified the woman killed in Monday's crash on Porter Center Road as Laurie Rebon, 56, of Youngstown. 

Further information on the cause of the one-car crash wasn't released Tuesday afternoon.

Rebon was traveling south on Porter Center Road about 1 p.m. Monday, lost control of the vehicle and veered off the west side of the road, striking a tree before coming to a rest in the front lawn of 3326 Porter Center Road.

Rebon was taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
