BLOTTER: Police reports published June 10

• DWI: Kyle M. Laughlan, 22, 2025 LaSalle Ave., Niagara Falls, was charged with DWI, following too closely, leaving the scene of an injury accident, operating a vehicle with obstructed vision and producing an invalid insurance ID card about 1:30 a.m. Saturday, according to the sheriff’s office. Laughlan was found speeding down Niagara Road with front end damage to his car after driving off from an accident. Where the accident occurred was not included in the report. When stopped, Laughlan told deputies he had left the accident scene because the other people involved appeared “OK,” the report said. Deputies said he appeared intoxicated but refused to take any field sobriety tests. He refused breath tests as well, after being taken into custody.

 
• DWI: Cheryl L. Scricco, 37, 843 Payne Ave., lower, North Tonawanda, was charged with DWI about 12:15 a.m. Sunday, according to the sheriff’s office. A deputy said he was driving along River Road and came upon Scricco vomiting next to her car parked on the shoulder of the road. She was determined to be intoxicated and charged. She refused a breath test at the sheriff’s office.

 
Ransomville

 
• THEFT: A Ransomville Road resident reported to deputies Saturday that two ATVs had been stolen from the property. The property owner said a four-wheeler was taken about a month ago and not reported. A dirt bike was taken sometime between 11:45 p.m. Friday and 3 p.m. Saturday. The estimated loss is $800.

 
North Tonawanda

 
• ARREST: Marissa L. Gillingham, 25, 2015 Pine Ave., Niagara Falls, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. Saturday for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Nash Road. She is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

 
• WARRANT: Noreen M. Collins, 32, 1854 Niagara Ave., Niagara Falls, turned herself in at 3:15 p.m. Friday on a warrant for failure to appear to answer a charge of third-degree facilitating unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She is being held in lieu of $350 bail.
