Cambria

• TRESPASSING: Mark W. Harvey, 53, no permanent address, was charged at 12:21 p.m. Thursday with trespassing and criminal possession of a weapon after sheriff's deputies responded to Upper Mountain and Cambria- Lewiston Townline Road for a individual trespassing. Patrol found Harvey sleeping under an overpass within the restricted area. Harvey said that he was homeless and has been living under the bridge, which is on Town of Cambria's property. Deputies found four knives in the immediate area where Harvey was found sleeping. Harvey was transported to the Town of Cambria Court where bail was set at $500 cash, $1,000 bond.
