• ROBBERY: Police are investigating a reported robbery which happened at 8:30 p.m. Friday in an apartment in the 1900 block of Cudaback Avenue. The victim, a 36-year-old man, said he entered his apartment and was met by a man standing next to the door, who threw him into a nearby chair and held a knife to his throat. The man then searched the victim and was able to take $300 cash from his pockets. He then left the apartment and fled in a white vehicle, traveling north on 19th Street. A witness confirmed the victim’s story, while police reportedly observed a 3-inch long mark on the victim’s throat, which they believe may have been caused by the knife. The man was described as a white male, medium build, 6-feet tall and weighing about 200 lbs.

• THEFT: Officers are investigating a reported theft which occurred at 6 p.m. Friday at a general store in the 8700 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard. The store manager said he observed a woman conceal multiple packages of panty hose, valued at $2.99 each, and multiple watches, at $10 each, into a bag and attempt to leave the store. When confronted, she reportedly fled to a silver vehicle, got in and it drove away. The manger was able to retrieve the vehicle’s plates, but police report no success locating it.
