• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after he damaged equipment in the emergency room of Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Joshua Edward Cline, 27, 2016 Pine Ave. Apt. R, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Cline is accused of ripping a phone out of a wall and then smashing it into a computer monitor. Cline told police, "Yeah, I broke the monitor, so what? They weren't taking care of me."
• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 1600 block of 100th Street. An 18-year-old woman told officers that sometime between 9 a.m. and 10:57 p.m. Monday, someone broke into home through an unlocked front door. The victim said an Xbox 360 game system, some video games, a set of DVDs and some cash was taken.
• BURGLARY: Officers are looking into a burglary in the 2900 block of Michigan Avenue. A 62-year-old man told police that sometime between 5:45 and 11:05 a.m. Monday, someone broke into his garage through an unsecured door. The victim said a miter saw and two power tool batteries were taken.
• THEFT: Police are investigating a car break-in on A Street. A 33-year-old woman told officers that sometime between 11 a.m. and noon Monday, someone entered her unlocked car and took her purse.
