Lockport woman with three children in car charged with felony DWI after crash

Niagara Gazette — A woman driving with three children in her vehicle was charged with felony DWI following a rollover crash Friday in Lockport.

Misty Brabon, 33, was charged with felony aggravated DWI (Leandra's Law violation), DWI and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child after the crash at Massachusetts and LeVan avenues.

City police said the three youths in Brabon's vehicle were ages 4, 10 and 14. Brabon and two of the three children reportedly suffered minor injuries.
