Niagara Gazette — North Tonawanda police are searching for an elderly local man reportedly missing since Monday.

Ronald Masters, 79, who suffers from dementia and a heart condition, was last seen driving a 2011 red Ford Focus with the New York state license plate number AVE-9871. Police believe he may be suicidal.

Masters was described as a 5-foot-9 white male weighing 210 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair. A search of his credit card and bank records during the last several days determined they were not used, as police try to locate him.

Those with any information on Masters' whereabouts, or who have spotted his vehicle, are asked to call the North Tonawanda Police Department at 692-4111.
