• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a reported burglary between 9 a.m. Friday and 12:15 a.m. Saturday from a residence in the 1700 block of Ashland Avenue. The victim, a 47-year-old man, said a former living mate was in his residence without permission. He said he returned home from work to find his door damaged and open. He said a laptop, an external hard drive, a digital camera, 10 pills of suboxone and $400 cash was missing from inside. He said the suspect had been with him before he'd forced her to leave following a drug addiction. He said the total value of the property was about $1,720.
• ROBBERY: Police are investigating a reported robbery between 10:45 and 10:55 p.m. Friday in the vicinity of Tronolone and Walnut avenues. The victim, a 24-year-old woman, told police she was approached by two unknown women looking for a cigarette. She said she reached into her pocket for a pack and could feel her wallet being pulled from her back pocket where she keeps it. She said she tried to keep possession of it, but the woman taking it used force to succeed. The other woman then hit the victim in the face and the pair fled, she said. She said it contained $300 and her identification.
