BLOTTER: Police reports published Oct. 19

Niagara Falls

• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 600 block of Third Street. A 23-year-old woman told officers that sometime between 9 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Wednesday someone broke into her home by unknown means. The victim said a PlayStation3 game system and some video games were taken.

• ASSAULT: Officers are looking for a suspect in an assault in the 1500 block of Centre Avenue. A 51-year-old man told police he was attacked by a man and woman about 6:15 p.m. Wednesday. The victim said he was hit in the head by the man and kicked by the woman. 

North Tonawanda

• SEX OFFENDER: Anthony M. Fiorella, 22, no permanent address, was charged at 2:12 p.m. Wednesday with a sex registry violation. Fiorella is being held for court at the Niagara County Jail. North Tonawanda police said they did not have further details.  

• DWI: Laurie L. Keem, 44, 245 Jackson Ave., was charged at 12:53 a.m Thursday on Oliver Street with DWI. She refused a Breathalyzer test and was held for court.
