BLOTTER: Police reports published April 6

Niagara Falls

• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a domestic incident in the 6500 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard at 6:46 a.m. Thursday. John Jay Parker III, 21, 651 D St., was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, second-degree harassment, third-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny.

 
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested at 6:40 p.m. Thursday after police and probation officers found him in possession of drugs during a routine home visit. Antonio Maurice Mozell, 27, 1112 1/2 Willow Ave., was charged with third and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

 
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a domestic incident at 16th Street and Elmwood Avenue on Friday morning. Jakeem Dexter Clay, 22, 2753 LaSalle Ave., was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.
