BLOTTER: Police reports published Aug. 16

Niagara Falls

• ARREST: Police arrested a man at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday after investigating a report of a “suspicious vehicle” in the 400 block of Roosevelt Avenue. A witness told officers that a man had parked his vehicle and “stumbled” away toward the Robert Moses Parkway. Officers found the man walking on Route 104. The 47-year-old man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia.
