BLOTTER: Police reports published Oct. 25

— Niagara Falls

• ROBBERY: Police are investigating a robbery in the 5900 block of Stephenson Avenue. A 20-year-old man told officers he went to his car at 11 p.m. Tuesday and was confronted by three male suspects. One suspect put a handgun to his head and told him to “give him what he had.” The victim said he was forced to open his car and all three suspects then ransacked the vehicle. The victim said some cash, a cell phone, his car keys and some CDs were taken.

 
• THEFT: Officers are looking into a theft from a city fire station in the 1100 block of Military Road. Sometime between Oct. 1 and Oct. 8, someone stole three copper downspouts. 

 
• ROBBERY: Police are investigating a robbery in the 1600 block of Falls Street. A 62-year-old woman told officers that she was walking home at 3 p.m. Tuesday, when she was attacked from behind by three male suspects. The victim said one of the suspects grabbed her purse, knocking her to the ground and then dragging her by the purse until the strap broke. The suspects were last seen running north on Portage Road toward Niagara Street. 

 
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested on drunken driving charges after a traffic stop at 10th Street and Niagara Avenue at 8 p.m. Tuesday. Charles Geoffrey Hill, 63, 1112 Ferry Ave. Apt. 2, was charged with three counts of driving while intoxicated, including felony DWI.

 
• THEFT: Officers are looking into a theft from a construction site at 59th Street and Buffalo Avenue. A witness told police that he saw two male suspects take four, 6-foot sections of steel pipe from the site at 1:25 a.m. Wednesday. The suspects put the pipes in the back of a blue truck and drove away.

 
• ARREST: A Buffalo woman was arrested on drunken driving charges after a traffic stop by New York State Park Police at 11:39 p.m. Tuesday at Ferry Avenue and Fifth Street. Karen Margaret Finnerty, 26, 109 Armin Place, was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and an equipment violation.
