Beekeepers remove 8-foot hive from Falls home

Niagara Gazette — Busch Brother's Beekeepers Paul and Jim Busch were hard at work Monday, removing more than 80,000 honey bees from a Memorial Parkway home.

The Buschs said the 13-year-old hive was 8-feet long in the cavity of the wall of the home.

In addition to the bees — which were relocated to a more favorable spot — the Buschs removed about 50 pounds of honey in the process.
