Electric Light Parade winners announced

Niagara Gazette — Organizers of the eighth annual Electric Lights Parade honoring the Town of Niagara Bicentennial on Monday announced the following parade entry winners:

FOURTH PLACE: Mount St. Mary’s Hospital
