James Neiss/staff photographer The former Moore Business Forms office building at 900 Buffalo Ave. could soon be the site of a new Courtyard Marriott hotel if Econolodge owner B.F. Patel and his son, Nirel's plans come to fruition. The two business owners met with the Niagara County IDA on Wednesday to request tax break assistance for the $6.65 million project.
