Niagara Falls Public Library Executive Director Michelle Petrazzoulo, left, invited Niagara Falls Paranormal founder Jimmy Silvaroli, his wife Lisa, an investigator, to the LaSalle Public Library along with other members of the group, to investigate the premises. For those who didn't know, the library used to be the old LaSalle village hall that includes these vintage jail cells.
