Members of the Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce, from left, Sam Archie, president, Candra Thomason, director, Glenn Choolokian, council chairman and Terry Equils, chamber member, were instrumental in arranging the dedication of a tree with a plaque in Nelams' honor at Hyde Park.
