James Neiss/staff photographer PILING UP: Judith Dolan has been spending the last few days cleaning up from the Friday night storm damage inside her College Avenue home. Dolan, said raw sewage and water filled the basement destroying many of her possessions. "I only had time to save memories, pictures and stuff like that from the basement," she said. Dolan, noted that garbage pickers are taking a lot of the stuff she puts out and may not realize it has all been covered in raw sewage. "We put a bunch of unopened containers of pop out that were floating in the stuff and they are all gone now."
