James Neiss/staff photographer ADDRESSING CONCERNS: Local hotel owner Anthony Strangio, left, speaks with Buffalo Avenue resident Ralph Guetta who, along with other area neighbors, were invited to an informational meeting at the corner of Buffalo Avenue and Fourth Street on Tuesday. The owners of the proposed hotel, with an address of 333 Rainbow Blvd. that will span the length of Fourth street between Rainbow Boulevard and Buffalo Avenue, met with their neighbors in advance of a meeting with the city's planning board seeking site approval.
