Andrew Cuomo handed over a check for $89 million to Niagara Falls Mayor Paul Dyster, representing the amount of Seneca Niagara Casino slot machine revenues owed to the city. Earlier, Seneca Nation President Barry E. Snyder, Sr. presented the governor with a check for $349 million, during a press conference at the Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel Event Center.
