James Neiss/staff photographer NO THANKS: There was no way John Litz Jr., 3, was going to put his hands in the air on the Tilt-O-Whirl ride, though coaxed too by his parents John Litz Sr., left, and mother Denise Strope, right, during the International Festival at Gill Creek Park. The fun continues today with amusement rides, food, games and entertainment. TOday's events include the International Children's Pageant at noon, a performance by the Niagara Experience Players at 1 p.m. and the Generation Gap Band (2:30 to 5:30 p.m.) and The Diva Show Band (6 to 9 p.m.).
