Andrew Cuomo celebrate Thursday's end to a dispute over exclusivity terms in the 2002 gaming compact during a news conference at Conference Center Niagara Falls. Cuomo and Snyder signed an agreement ending the dispute between the state and the Seneca Nation freeing up $89 million in casino cash for the Falls.
