NIA Monster Mash 1 102713

James Neiss/staff photographer It was a morning of spooky Halloween fun for young Arabella Frantz, 9, left, with wicked witch Kristen Prunzo of Youngstown and her granddaughter, the good witch Estrella Orsi, 6, stoping by her table for a chat during the fourth annual Old Falls Street Monster Mash Breakfast. With rain and wind putting a damper on things outdoors, participants were treated to fun and activities inside the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute.
