Photos by Michele DeLuca/Staff IN THE BUCKET: Tristine Ciuzenski, 18, gets a chance to ring the bell as her mom, Deanna, puts money into the Salvation Army bucket Tuesday at Tops Market on Portage Road. The bell ringer is Fredercik Kenyon, who says he and his wife have been ringing the bells six days a week since Thanksgiving. Salvation Army leaders say despite the best efforts of bell ringers throughout the region, donations have dropped dramatically so far this year.
